Hi there.. I am considering buying a unit here with the idea of renting it out, but am discouraged by some of the negative reviews. Can anyone elaborate on this' Is it a problem with the management/staff in the office or is it more broad - because the property itself looks gorgeous and well maintained. How are the neighbors' I am wondering if people's experience is better with an individual owner' Also would love to get an idea of average rents in 2b/2b!!
