If you like leaf blowers and lawn mowers roaring outside your window before 9am 3 or 4 days per week, this is the place for you. But it makes the place look pretty to potential renters or buyers, which seeems to be management's main concern (kind of like the fake windows they installed, which look like windows from the outside but don't actually go through the walls.)
