Food for Thought...

Omni is a management company and the same horrible, greedy people owned Tantra then and now. The blame for policy and poor management rests on the ownership, not the management company. In my opinion, they weren't treated any better than the residents.
Second, I used to work there (for Omni) and couldn't handle the owners (Triton) so I left. Any yes, there seems to be some common theme with un-professional staff. I experienced it with my co-workers and apparently it hasn't ceased. I thought Polly would be better than my supervisor. Apparently not. Hmm...
Tantra is a beautiful property and I did enjoy living there. I do recommend renting from an individual condo owner, just not the owners of the apartments they have left.
There are just a couple of things to watch for:
1. Cars DO get vandalized all the time on the back street (or they did when I was there) The owner refused to put in lighting.
2. There have been numerous sewer back-ups in the townhomes!!!
3. Converting the units into condos is the owner's number one priority. They do move you when your unit sells and make it bearable but do not expect to stay in the same unit long. It may or may not happen. You are there to bring in income until the unit sells. That's it.
