I don't know what kind of crack heads wrote the reviews above, but they are insane. I have a two bedroom that faces the lake and a perfect view of the mountains. It is a very peaceful complex, especially in the summer. The prices are reasonable and the appartment is spacious and well maintained.

I have no words for the gym. The equipment is up to date, and again has a great view of the lake. The hot tub is standard, but always up and running and the heated indoor pool is sweet. It also has a tanning bed. You can only use it when the office is open, which is kind of a pain, but it's still not bad.

They have a sick rec room you can rent for parties. It has a pool table, a big screen TV, a bar and nice furniture. You have to put down a deposit but you can rent it for the night.

The only down side I can think of, is the parking lot is cramped. We rented a garage for $85, which was a bit steep, but when we renewed they gave it to us for free.

A word to the wise for people who read reviews from this site. BEWARE! My boyfriend and I almost didn't move in here because of the bad reviews we saw. It turned out this was due to previous bad management or something, but my point is this. When deciding on ANY apartment read your lease carefully, walk the grounds and talk to tenants, and take the measures to get what you really want the first time.

I'll bet most of the bitching on here is from college kids who signed year long leases and then couldn't understand why they had to pay fees. Or drunken dip shits who trashed there apartments and then were shocked they didn't get there money back.
