I live with 2 other roommates in a 3 bedroom townhome and we have been here for almost 3 years. Speaking for myself personally, I have absolutely loved it here. It is quiet and the townhome is spacious, allowing us to escape from the crowded and busy university environment. The parking is one of the only issues with very tight spots (your car gets dinged occasionally) but there is at least availability on the nearby street. The surroundings are beautiful with a picturesque view of the Flatirons and the nearby lake and stream. There are no community events which is somewhat dissapointing but we've managed to meet most of our neighbors and make lots of friends regardless. As noted by others the gym is really nice and generally pretty empty so you have the plac to yourself! We are moving out soon after graduating from college but I'll be sad to go, its been a wonderful place to live!
