We have lived in this apartment for two years and just absolutely loved it! The moment I walked around I fell in love - it was a million-dollar view, and wonderful amenities on top of that. The grounds are just outstanding (can't compare them to anything else in Boulder), the apartments are quite comfortable, the gym is great, the club house is very well maintained and the management fixed all the problems promptly. We love the lake and the swans and felt really sorry when one of the swans - Juliet - was eaten by a coyote. Parking could be better, but that wasn't a problem for my boyfriend and me since we have small cars. Storage could be better too, but we don't have that much stuff, so it worked out. We really fell in love with the area and we found a house close by.
