I and a friend lived there for six months. Housing Helpers suggested that place because the other apartments you could rent for six months were worse. So when we came there we thought it was a nice place: a lake with ducks and swans that turned out to be extremely annoying. They were that loud that you couldn't sleep late. Hated them. I was thinking about shooting them. The air conditioning didn't work that well. Didn't cool. It just made noise and wind... The only chance to cool down the apartment: open the door and the window!!!
Tantra Lake Apartments is located on the southern outskirts of Boulder and if you don't have a car like I: it sucks. Well, it's close to Table Mesa Park and Ride (so you can hear the traffic on Highway 36) but anything else is too far away. So if you have the chance: get an apartment closer to Downtown Boulder.
