I really like living here. Don't know what the fuss is about. It's quiet, nice and friendly. No noise whatsoever from any highways, air-conditioning works well, gorgeous grounds. Management has always been good to me (and that's for 2 years). South Boulder is the best location for me since I work in Denver. It's also the closest to shopping, etc. No clogs if coming from downtown. Of course, if you don't own the car, oh, well.

And yes, I rent from an owner.
