Tantra is fully loaded, gorgeous, and pet-friendly. It breaks our hearts to have to leave.

My brother and best friend both recently committed suicide and I had to pay for my brother's funeral expenses. During the following difficult period, my fiancee took an extended of unpaid leave from work that led to a suspension without pay that may end in his termination. I'm also on disability for medical reasons. We can no longer afford our apartment and will be forced to stay with friends until we get back on our feet. We moved in before Omni took over and they raised the rent.
Currently I have a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom west-facing third floor apartment with a picturesque view of the lake and mountains available for $938. This includes a garage (The garage would usually cost $85, but we were able to take advantage of a limited time offer that stays in effect for the duration of our residence). You will save $185 a month by taking over the lease from me rather than renting it directly from Tantra. They have also agreed not to raise the rent if you decide to keep the appointment and sign a new lease in May when the current one ends.
Tantra has a well-maintained, heated indoor pool, a basketball court, a lake with ducks, geese and swans. It also has a hot tub, a fitness center (NOT your usual apartment fitness center, this one has treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes, pulley machines, and a full set of FREE WEIGHTS including dumbells, all accessible 24/7 with a security code) and a tanning bed. I am not a Tantra lake employee. I am moving
to Vermont because I can no longer afford to live in Boulder. I have had a good experience with the staff. Perhaps it's because I pay my rent on time. The only time they are harsh is if you go past the four day grace period. To be frank, I can't think of one apartment complex that doesn't expect prompt payment from tenants. As for heat, I haven't had a problem with that either. If you are interested in an apartment here, feel free to come see ours for yourself.

I have had an excellent experience with Tantra and the employees. I am extremely satisfied with my current apartment, I simply can't afford it anymore.
