not bad, not great..

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Good stuff:
- the units are nicely sized, I do not ever feel crowded for space except for when using the kitchen.
- trash facilities are very convenient.
- accent wall is nifty (and they will paint your room for an extra $100 (and that includes painting it back to white)
- maintenance is very prompt.
Bad stuff:
- noise is bad..My neighbor's fight, and it isn't just sorta hearing raised voices...I can hear what they say word for word...and when they play with their dogs, it sounds like a freaking herd of elephants.
- people put their trash in the laundry room...and they smoke in the laundry room.
- they don't plow.
- parking can be an issue, but isn't always.
Overall:
I live here because I am a student. I would not choose to live here if I were thinking long-term.
