Tantra Lake Apartments

Maintenance is not good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I took a tour of Tantra Lake. One of things that interested my girlfriend and I was the community space: the gym and hot tub and the game room. Unfortunatley most of the equipment in the gym was broken and the rest were oddly coated in mud. One of the residents said it had been that was for months (and prob. won't change) and the hot tub doesn't ever work. Further the "pool" room isn't open on Sundays, closes at 5pm on weekdays and earlier on Saturdays--when can one play pool'''' I was told there was barely any snow removal and that the lack of parking leads to a mess in the parking lots with cars parked everywhere (in the landscaping!), blocking everything. I lived at a couple places like this--if the maintenance is so obviosly bad, it gets much worse when it comes to your individual place/building.
