WORST APARTMENT EVER! DON'T EVEN CONSIDER!

Don't live here!! It's horrible. Top floor units get to 80 or more degrees when it's over 55 outside, even with the incredibly expensive and inefficient air conditioner running. Insulation is absolutely worthless; our bedroom window iced over completely in the winter because it was so drafty. The front door isn't flush to the door frame - about 2 inches are left open at the top. I lived right by the stairs and the entire apartment would shake every time someone walked on them. Maintenance requests went unanswered. Bug problems!! The air conditioner is very, VERY poorly installed, costs a fortune to run, and doesn't even work that well. I should not be paying $75 in electricity for a 1 bedroom apartment! Kitchen is ancient and no matter how much you clean it (and the bathroom) they still look dirty. Noisy neighbours were not evicted for MONTHS even with us calling the police on them.
The thing about the showers is true. They take forever to heat up and then will randomly go icy or scalding on you.
And they're actually RAISING the prices! Don't even consider living in this awful place. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in, and I lived in a cheap place in Longmont for a while. You really do get what you pay for, but in this case you get LESS.
