Undergraduate Ghetto

1) The apartment is miniscule. Staff claims the one bedroom is "about 550 feet" when it's closer to 500. Rent is $795, with a $200 cat deposit. The kitchen is barely there, and I hope you don't like counterspace.
2) All our neighbors are 19 year old teenyboppers whose parents pay for their flats and Saabs. They're loud and bitchy and reasoning with them when a problem arises doesn't work.
3) While parking is ample, I have had the entire back wheel of my car stolen off of it, so don't count on much security. The same thing happened to our bikes. While the office staff claims to have security do nightly rounds of the lots, that sure didn't help us. (When I reported the theft of my wheel to the Boulder PD, they told me that this area has one of the highest crime rates in Boulder)
In a nutshell, Timber Ridge is an overpriced student ghetto. Would only recommend it to people I hated.
