Although this place has the comfy, woodsy feel of mountain living, it's still a cramped, cheaply made, mold infested, not to mention overpriced living space. My experience has consisted of pipe breaks and flooding, mold and mildew, and loud obnoxious neighbors that enjoy making banging noises on the walls all hours of the day and night. The walls are paper thin and if you're a spoiled undergrad that likes to have parties at 3am and have no respect for people needing sleep then this is the place for you. Everyone else who actually likes peace and quiet occasionally, as well as dry carpets and an office staff that gets things done, stay away!!!
