Timber Ridge has one of the most responsive maintenance staffs around. I lived in a place, Boulder Property Management, had a toilet that was clogged and would not unclogg. Well, it stayed that way for twenty days. I had to use my neighbors toilet, or walk To Pearl St. Mall and use the Bookends, what a joke! This place though, one day I had a disposal broken (really the only maintenance issue) and they were over in an hour. Unbelievable guys! Great job!
It's quiet too, close to all sorts of stuff and the office staff is totally proffessional. I would highly reccommend this place to anyone.
