Good for students (Maplewood)

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
My boyfriend and I lived in Maplewood (which was purchased by Timber Ridge, right across the street - Maplewood is the dull green complex) for two years while finishing up our degrees at CU-Boulder. The one-bedroom apartment was a bit small, and the previous tenants had apparently hung very large things from the walls, ripping some of the plaster. I have no idea how they managed to put stains on the ceiling, either, but there they were. Aside from that, we had a good stay. Whenever anything broke, maintenance came by to fix it within 24 hours, and if they were unable to, they gave us an estimate on when it would be done.
There were a few problems - excessive noise (what do you expect near a college campus, though'), one resident stalked me for six months, and one morning a few cars in the parking lot were vandalized with magic marker. Management was helpful with the stalker issue was able to evict him, and maintenace was out right away to help clean off the cars that were marked on.
Overall, I was very happy with my time here. It would have been nice if rent had been a bit less expensive, though.
