All I can say is if you want to have a really easy walk to campus and a quiet apartment, but money isn't an issue, this is a good place to live for you. It is ridiculously expensive and the amenities really aren't great. It costs about 4 dollars every time you do laundry and the workout center is VERY mediocre. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
