I thought this was a pretty good apartment complex overall - at least for Boulder. I got my deposit back in full, but we kept the place pretty clean, and did some super scrubbing when we left. We also documented everything upon moving in. In general, it's a good idea to carefully review everything you sign, and be meticulous. My friends also lived in the same complex, but they lost a lot of their deposit - but when they moved out it kind of looked like crap.

We had some problems when we changed buildings - the office staff was a bit unprofessional and we ended up sleeping on the floor for a week because we had already packed everything for a date they promised, but they screwed up. But seriously, Boulder sucks anyway, and you're probably not going to get much better than here.

We had problems with parking as well, as half of the Boulder population parked in Timberridge, since nobody ever checked for permits.

Overall, I think the place was nice - the lawns were pretty, and the interior was nicer than a lot of places we looked at. It was small though.
