I am not sure what the other people that have reviewed Timberridge are talking about. I have lived here for two years and I am entering my third. The apartments are small, but I have found that Lori is nice and helpful. She always greats me with a smile. The community is what makes timberridge a great place to live. It is mostly college kids who are laid back and very nice. As far as the deposit, I switch from a three bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment and we got almost all of our deposit back, I would say around 80-90%, so I say definitely come and live here.
