Mixed Feelings

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I've lived here for 2 years, one year in a one bedroom ($695) and one year in a two bedroom ($475 each). The place looks awesome, the exteriors are cabin-esque, and the scenery is great. The maintainance people keep the place spotless, but they're useless when it comes to fixing things. The noise depends on who you're living near- most of us are college kids and if your neighbors are loud then you're screwed because the walls (and ceilings) are paper-thin. Don't expect any help from the office with noise issues, but they are very curteous and helpful the rest of the time.
