Decent apartments if you need to be close to CU. My closest class was about 10 minutes walking, and there is an underpass under US-36/28th ave so you can avoid all the lights and traffic. Apt staff is courteous and the grounds crew keeps everything spotless, and there are parking lots to park in when the street parking is filled up by commuter students. Apts are in good condition, and very quiet if you get one on the 2nd floor. These also have air conditioning units which are decent but can drive up your electricity bill if you use them too much. My only complaint is size. I was told my apartment would be 750 square feet for 1g a month, but was more like 570 after taking out the tape measure. Make sure you call them on this if you're considering renting.
