The Timber Ridge community is set just a short distance off a few very busy roads but, for some reason, you completely forget about that once you've gotten out of your car. The area is serene and quiet with no through traffic. The grounds and shrubbery are impeccable. There isn't much of a view but the CU campus is basically immediately across the street. Though the apartment buildings' exteriors are "cabin-ey," there is definitely nothing rustic about the community. There's a pool, rec room, and weight room. Every building has a small laundry facility and there's lots of parking. The units are pretty small with barely existent kitchens but are, overall, in excellent condition.
