Timber Ridge is only looking for getting as much money as possible. For the smallest apartment ever you pay more than some people pay for much bigger, much better house. Not only is the rent outrageous but the cost of doing laundry is very high and would take an average person about $4-$5 to do laundry(it doesn't even do the laundry well, usually the clothes are still wet out of the dryer). They never change out door lights on time, without being nagged and called at least 3-4 times. The staff is only nice to you until you move in, afterwards, good luck getting treated civily, especially by the property manager who is always in a horrible mood. The only time they pretend to be nice is when you are moving in or they are giving tours. We've lived here nine months and can't wait to get out. The downstairs apartments don't have air conditioning (but the upstairs do, and that's where they usually give tours)
The amenities are extremely lame. A pool which is hardly ever cleaned, (a very small pool at that) a work out room which consists of one treadmill, two stair masters and a few other pieces of equipment, and the only thing that is included is water. I would guess that the only good reviews this place has gotten is from Timber Ridge themselves. The only nice thing about this place is ONE of the sweet little maintenance men. That's it.
