I lived there from 1990 to 1998, Adams circle. During that time it was not the best but just OK. There is no insulation in the walls so it is cold in the winter hot in the summer. I moved across the street to another Hudson apartment when Timber ridge took over as it really went down hill and the new management was total A** ****s. They told me that there was no way they were going to break the lease until I threatened to call the Boulder building department to find out why they were letting 10 people live in the one bedroom apartment above me. Then they were calling me every 5 min. to have the lease null and voided. The fake wood logs they screwed to the brick is just silly.
They told me that if the stove oven was not cleaned I would not get my deposit back. So I spent all day cleaning it to get my deposit back. Right after I moved out (one day) they threw out the stove in a pile with all the other stoves that had already been thrown out in the other apartments as they were replacing them all any way. I moved across the street to the Hudson apartment building which was no big improvement but the old Hudson management was really nice, easy to deal with so It was worth moving.
Hudson yes, Timberline no.

I moved from Boulder in 2003 so Hudson may no longer own the apartments across the street east of the pool now. My how time flys. Anyway at the time these remaining Hudson apartment were OK to live in. Kind of hot in the summer cold in the winter but otherwise not too bad.
