Wow do I ever feel cheatedWhen we first moved in I thought I was getting a great deal... yes it was small but I thought it was by far the cheapest deal in Boulder... boy was I ever wrong! I should have known better than to move directly behind a Super8 motel. For starters my next door neighboors who had the EXACT same apt as us payed $265 less a month than we did... in fact almost everybody on my "row" if you will, payed a different amountdon't let them rip you off We now live in an apartment that is over twice the size and we still pay much less so you can find better deals but, that aside: there are far worse problems with Timber Ridge. For example, when my neighboor moved in, there was rabbit poop rotting behind the refridgerator which they neglected to clean even after he told them of the problem, our water was 0 scalding hot all the time (forget showers or drinking h20 if you move here),the management staff is rude, unattentive & rarely present--for example we had three broken eyes on our stove from day one till we moved out(one year 9 months),broken blinds,a missing screen on my bedroom window,horrible plumbing,and loud obnixious "house sounds" from the pipes. That being said, one good thing about TR was the fact that they never yelled at us or kicked us out considering the fact that our neighbors complained at least once a week for almost two years about our loud parties and frequent use of our karoke machine--So you can be as loud as you want, just don't expect them to come running if you are the ones complaining! All in all, Timber Ridge is a jokeI don't think I would move back if I was paid to live there in fact my roomate and I are convinced we lost 10 yrs off our lives from living there due to the unsanitation... but you'll find out about this when you sign a waiver in the lease for the lead that is still in their paint! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of Timber Ridge
