I lived in two different apartments here for two years. First apartment had mold and vermin. Since I moved here from the Hill, it still seemed nice enough to me to stay another year. Had no real problems with the second apartment. The fridge leaked, and they immediately replaced it. Overall, I'd say the maintenance and grounds staff were excellent. The managers were nice enough, though I felt a little screwed on my second security deposit return. We had a roommate bail on the lease, and the management moved us into a smaller apartment with no hassle. It's nice and quiet for the most part. Not very many parties, and they're usually pretty low-key. Can't beat the location if you're a student (particularly if you're an engineer). Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.
