The management at this apartment is terrible. The lady in the office is completely condescending and treats her tenants as inconveniences. The rent is too high for such a small place, and the utilities are ridiculously high. I have not had a single electricty bill under $60.00, even in the summer. The laundry rooms are dirty, the machines are in a perpetual state of malfunction, and the whole property smells of dog poop. My neighbors have proven to be very nice, and we have created our own sense of community. This, however, is not enough to keep me here. If you are thinking of moving here, you should know that you can probably find a better deal on a larger apartment if you look elsewhere. The inattentive management, the rudeness with which they treat the tenants, and the outrageous rent (which is increasing for fall '08 leases) is enough to make me leave.
