I lived here for a year and a half and hated nearly every minute of it. The staff was consistently rude, absent, unknowledgeable, or downright mean.

My lease was up over two months ago, and they only now have mailed me extra bills for nonexistent things. They lied about rent to me, they fabricated things to fix and clean after I moved out, and no two months after the fact they are billing me.

The places are overpriced, poorly designed, terrible utilities and pricing...just not good environments.

I would not recommend this to anyone, and know of many people who have lived here and had the same experience as me. They try very hard to make the exterior look nice but the framework and staff are utterly dismal. I would have given a 0 if that was an option.

Dude, you obviously lucked out, but my experience was way different. Way to accuse me of lying. You notice that I did give the grounds a good score? I never said it was ugly on the outside. And I was never a douche to them. I was entirely nice. And yeah, I did spend a lot of time looking at other apartments in Boulder. That's why I THOUGHT I had picked a good one with Timber Ridge. But once I moved in and got a better look? They lied--said I would have a dishwasher like the one I looked at--nope, but they still charged me as though I had one. They acted nice. But really they just kept screwing me over. The utilities--the heating never actually worked. The A/C unit didn't cool the place down. The designs ARE terrible for energy, heat, space... I won't argue about BPM. I've dealt with them, too. 4 Star On The Hill sucks most of all--their units are so terrible. Just because they're maybe not the worst doesn't mean they don't suck. But I'm talking about being ----ed after I move out, being charged for things that were not there when I moved out, for stuff that is totally false. I was never mean to them, and they were okay--not very god at their jobs, available, or knowledgeable when I spoke to them, if they were even in the office from 8-5, but my roommate had different experiences with them. I had one of the larger ones. A Yukon. Totally not worth it, way overpriced for what I got. But hey, this response sounds a lot like a propagandic appraisal of them. Maybe you work there. Since you're so quick to accuse me of being false, I will for you too.

Dude you are either completely nuts or from another apartment management company. I no longer live there but I loved the two apartments I had there. New utilities, the two bedroom I got was very roomy and had an awesome view. Beautiful landscaping. I mean have you actually looked at the other apartments in Boulder. 98 percent of them are old looking, run down, crappy landscaping, the list goes on. And in my experience the only way the management are less than friendly is when someone is being a douche to them first. They were always nice every time I was there. Before this place I used to deal with Boulder Property Management and let me tell you that those are some of the dumbest and meanest women to deal with. ---- never got fixed and they were just plain mean for no reason. So moving to Timber Ridge was like a breath of fresh air after that experience. In my opinion I would recommend it to anyone as long as you don't make the bad choice of moving into the tiny one bedrooms. Pay just a little more and get the larger place. It's totally worth it.
