The staff at the leasing office is very nice until after you sign the lease. After that they are generally unhelpful and rude. Except the maintenance staff, who were always very friendly.

The grass is full of pet waste, because most tenants don t pick up after their animals. During their busy showing season the management has an outside company clean up the pet waste, but the rest of the year they do not maintain the yard. In the summer the pet waste smells.

On-site laundry mat is poorly maintained. There are 4 washers and 4 dryers that serve 40 apartments. In the 2 years I lived there they were never all working properly, which further reduced the machines available. I often had to dry my clothes twice because the heating elements in the dryers were broken. Machines consistently ate my money. Broken machines were not fixed in a timely manner.

My move out experience was terrible. I had to insist on a walk through with management, which they grudgingly gave. Because of her perceived inconvenience she started deducting a few forgotten nail holes and broken blind slates out of my deposit because she couldn t find anything else wrong with the unit. When I asked if these problems would be considered normal wear and tear she stormed off muttering under her breath. Make sure you take pictures of the unit before you move in. You will need them to prevent normal wear and tear deductions from your security deposit.

I was charged a transfer fee for the utilities of $8. They transferred my utilities 20 days after I moved out. It was a huge hassle to get reimbursed the overcharge from Xcel.

This apartment complex is poorly designed and maintained and the management is grossly unprofessional. I wouldn't live here again if you paid me to.
