This is a great, affordable place to live. For those of you college kids who don't have mommy and daddy paying your rent, think of the Tyrol. I have a two bedroom which started out at $750 and they dropped the rent to $720 after 6 months. This rarely happens in Boulder. The apartments are not too new looking, but if you can dig the "retro" look and make due with it, it's fine. There is also an outdoor pool during the summer. Apartment managers very nice.
