This apartment complex is a dump. The staff is nasty and unfriendly. They do not allow animals and the inside of the apartments haven't been renovated probably since this dump was built. Of course they have to offer all utilities included. They have to allow it to appeal to some people. Come winter, the parking lot is a sheet of ice. It's an ungrounded surface that makes it easy to easily hit another car or have your car hit in the parking lot. The best part of this ugly living experience is the views of the mountains.
