Cheap and well maintained. From: pikafunk Date posted: 2/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   From my experience this is definitely a good rent. Its cheap, and the building itself appears haggard but is good in all other respects. The landlord is very accommodating and friendly, the tenants are quiet and unobnoxious, and the building itself is well maintained.
