The apartment was in pretty good condition and the apartment managers are friendly and seem to always be home when you need them. The only problems I had were with the shower (freezing cold to scalding hot in seconds - rare moments in which it was ok to step under water). Also, the toilet was running continuously which wasn't a problem but the assistant manager is not friendly and woke us up twice at 3 in the morning to let us know it was running. Fixed the toilet incorrectly first time, hence the waking us up a second time in the morning.
