My wife and I have lived in Smiley Court for just about two years now. This was our first apartment after we got married and we were looking for something cheap, and close to campus. That is exactly what family housing does for you.

Yes, the walls are thin, you can see the light through our front door, the windows are draftier than you can imagine... BUT internet, cable, electricity, heat & hot water are all included. It doesn't get much better than that.

So, if you are on a budget, want to be close to campus this is the place for you. Unless of course you don't like kids (I just figure they are better than a bunch of frat boys up at all hours of the night).
