University Village at Boulder Creek

SUCKS! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This property has terrible managment. They lie strait to your face. There are noises in the walls (yes IN the walls). The cheapest construction ever, so they can make as large a profit as they can. This means you here EVERY SINGLE NOISE that goes on in and outside of your appartment. Don't even think about being anywhere but the top floor or you will be frusterated to no end. There are plenty of druggies (well this is Boulder), and always parties. There is stale throw up in the elevator for the past week, which is growing new forms of life. The pros are that this is a contemporary building, with quite a few ammenities in the main office building, which I never used. Oh yes, and the internet connection is indeed highspeed, but VERY LAGGY... i.e. no "real time" internet applications are possible during peak hours. Woops, that's not a pro, I guess it's too easy to get side tracked with how much this place sucks. To summarize, if you want to party, then this place may be for you. If you want to study, and if you get distracted easily, then look elsewhere.
