Way too expensive

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
So I have lived here for 8 months now, and I am regretting the $770 rent I have to pay each month. The building is disgusting, there was puke in the elevator for at least 2 weeks. It seems like a dormitory with a kitchen. Eveyone I talk to can't believe I pay that much for such a small place. The walls are paper-thin and someone is always having a party so you can hear that. I live on the top floor, thank god! I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF MY LEASE!
