For the amount that I paid to live there, I would have expected much more. Many of the fixtures were very cheap, as was the furniture. Overall, it seems the building was put up too quickly, and I experienced a number of problems with the apartment (components of the heater being installed incorrectly and it taking maintanence 3 months to finally figure out how to fix it, often not having hot water, electrical outlets not working, walls being paper thin in terms of noise, etc.). I have since moved into a much older building, which costs much less and seems to have fewer problems.
