pretty good, if you don't mind the price

I've been living here for half a year and it's pretty nice. All the furniture and appliances have been great, and having a washer/dryer five feet away from my bedroom is amazing, as is having your own bathroom. The walls are thin, but I haven't had issues with any neighbors having loud parties (on school nights). The management is nice and the grounds and maintenance staff are awesome and very friendly. Would be living here again next year, but it is just too expensive!! Plus, you can only sign a 12-month lease, which is stupid since these apartments are obviously for students.
