I've lived here since 2004, and I plan on staying until I leave Boulder. You can't find a better deal this close to campus. It's mostly students so be prepared for a few get-togethers on the weekends, but the week nights are quiet. Maintenance responds quick and the office staff is very friendly. The only thing that sucks is that you can't have pets, but thats ok.

I would recommend this to any CU Boulder student, especially with the new rates that are lower than last years. My rent actually went down when I renewed my lease.
