I have been here for one week.
1) My second day I asked if someone would clean the remnants from the previous tenants grill off my porch. The property manager told me to do it myself because that is all the maintenance man will do.
2) I had a leak in my living room ceiling which took about six hours to be fixed while the maintenance man was on the premises. Water leaked onto my laptop which was on my coffee table ruining the computer.
3) On my seventh day the garage door would not open and my car was stuck in the garage!!!!!!!
As the other review states DO NOT RENT HERE. THE PLACE IS A CHEAP DUMP. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF BUYING ONE OF THE TRAILERS IN THE TRAILER PARK IT BORDERS!!!!! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
