These are nice apartments with a great facade. The management is helpful and co-operates. Apartment's rent is a bit pricey but compared to other place you find in Boulder, its satisfactory. A great park is nearby, posh restaurants, coffee house and bakery are just on walking distance.

It does have a great facade. Although, I'm sure I'm thinking of a different facade than you are.
