It almost seems whomever built Uptown Broadway (ie The Harlem of Boulder) ran out of money so everything is cheaply constructed. You can smell your college neighbors Marijuana and hear every little thing they do because of the paper-thin walls. In addition, they started building condos across the street, which is super annoying due to once again, the paper-thin walls. And Jere Owens, Community Manager, is a complete slime ball! He smiles and says he is going to do something that never gets done. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

This person abviously doesn't live at this property if they don't even know the manager is not a "he" but a "she". This is a beautiful apartment building and is away form the "college" life near campus. I love it

If I have dropped the ball on something I do apologize. I would love for you to come back into the office so we can see what the issue is. As far as the construction goes, I???m across the street from it and don???t hear a thing. Again if I dropped the ball for you I???m sorry. Please let me know what I can do to fix it.
