You can't expect much for an apartment building that's been quickly built and built with a high turnover in mind. When we moved in two months ago, there was no bathroom door on our bathroom and the management told us that they would install it later that week. It's now June and despite repeated calls to maintenance, we are still without a door for our master bathroom. Like many other reviewers have already stated, the fixtures and construction of the apartments seem appealing at first, but the longer you live here, the more you realize how shoddy everything is.

That being said, the worst part is that the apartment complex lives very much like a dorm. No one seems to have any regard for his/her neighbor (we've had to ask our downstairs neighbor to turn her music down countless times since we've moved in and we can smell her pot smoking from our balcony), and there is constant shouting in the courtyard (which, coincidentally, also echoes like crazy.) While the living situation is bearable for now (thank god we can move in a year), I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know.

Is there any good places in Boulder..I am looking to live here in the near future and only want to rent an apartment for a year..But there just seems to be no good reviews in boulder..Some on please help??
