These apartments were horribly maintained- the walls were thick with years and years of just being painted over. There were holes from nails everywhere, the carpet was disgusting, the furniture hideous, and the blinds were falling off the windows. Yet, you'll still be charged to fix these things when you move out. No matter how well you try to take care of it, expect to lose half your deposit.

And, if you actually want to ever study, don't live here. But, if you are just taking a break from your frat house, or just living off a fat trust fund, this is the perfect place to waste your money and your braincells. Parties 24/7, cops showing up nearly every night, exorbitant rent, bums living in your laundry room, and good luck finding parking past 5 pm. What more could you ask for'
