CONS:
The rent is highly overpriced, you get a parking permit but parking is NEVER guaranteed (especially at night and parking is hard to find on the street), everything is falling apart and nothing gets fixed, the walls and windows are paper thin - you can hear everything from your roommate breathing to the idiots parting all around you, not only is the kitchen small, but the oven and the dishwasher are too (you can fit about 5 plates in at a time), the stove top smokes up the whole house. Bottom line: everything is falling apart and it is incredibly loud.
And don't even think about doing your laundry here. The washers and dryers are always broken and there is no quarter machine in the laundry room. Save your quarters, then waste them on the dryers that don't work.

PROS:
Walking distance to Pearl street and campus, you get a good amount of space for two people, rooms are big, closets are nicely sized, 1 1/2 bathrooms (the bigger bathroom also has two sinks), apartment is furnished (which also may be a con since I know the people that lived here before had sex on the couches).

Make sure to weigh both of these before moving in here. Just know you will never be able to sleep or park anywhere but you can stumble home from the bars in five minutes.
We move out in a month or two and we expect to see none of our $1000 deposit from what we've heard and we never have parties or do any damage.
