This place was disgusting with thin walls that felt like they were going to crumble every time it got windy in Boulder (which is pretty much daily)... My roommates window was always "open" even when it was closed and if I opened my window, who knows what sort of bugs would come in my room! Speaking of bugs... yes that's right: I had BED BUGS!!! I had red bumps all over my body one morning and I went nuts! The manager thought I was joking because he couldn't SEE any bugs when he scoped out the room but just to appease me changed my mattresses... I proceeded to sleep on the couch until my rent lease was up. My mother couldn't even set foot in the apartment because she was so grossed out and my father, I could tell, cringed every time he set foot in the place (oh about 2 times). The parties are SO LOUD and no one gives a crap about one another... The parking is horrendous and wouldn't be surprised if people ended up with "gifts" on their car the next morning (AKA: scratches, dings, etc). The fridge and stove and microwave and heat (in the winter) worked and the hot water did as well, so cannot complain there but overall this place was a complete dump and I am so glad I am long gone from there! Every time I pass, I always cringe. They do have on-sight laundry but it's quite a pain and it's very hard to unlock to the door. The only plus was that WHOLE FOODS was right next door so getting groceries was not a problem.
So if you are a student who loves to party and really just wants an EXPENSIVE roof over their head... then this is the apartment for you! And when I say expensive I mean it!!!!!!!!!!!
OHHH and the power went out A LOT!!!!!
