I lived here for many years and during that time I have seen a dramatic decline in the quality of these apartments and the attitude of the management. A couple (of many) examples are listed below.
After living there for many years I was late with my rent by one day and they charged me 50$ That is a ridiculous way to treat a longtime tenant. Also, the apartments made money off of a construction project next door and did nothing to compensate the tenants who were disturbed by loud noise at 7:00 am for over 6 months. Lastly, the apartments appear nice at face value but the level of quality in the build and appliances is very poor. They are generally very bland and lacking any style. There are certainly many better deals to be had in Boulder. Take your time and look elsewhere, you will be glad you did.

I believe that it is fair housing that anyone (no matter how long you have lived there) is subjected to the same rules. Therefore, if you are late, then you pay the late fee that everyone else pays. It is probably staed in your lease as well. I visited this apartment complex and feel it is beautiful. Large clubhouse and very friendly staff. I found this comment when I Googled this apartment complex to find out more. It is not fair to write something like this if you are in the wrong. Sorry you were late, sorry you are mad about that but in reality, you are responsable for your late fees. Where I currently live, I have to pay $100 in late fees if I am late. Consider yourself lucky.
