I had a really hard time finding a place to live in Boulder because I have three roommates - but Villa del Prado has turned out to be a great place to live! The townhomes are very spacious, the noise level is very quiet. Parking is great, as there are always spots and no permits are required. Guests will find many open places to park. The staff is very friendly. When I had a leak in my ceiling, they came straight away (it was a Saturday morning) and got it fixed quickly. Although the place is older, the only way you can tell is the creaky stairs. Otherwise, the place is so well cared for it seems new. The year-round pool and hot tub are wonderful ammenities. This is a great place to live!
