Unless you are over 75 years old, DON'T LIVE HERE! The new manager is awful. He never returns phone calls, enters your apartment without notification and creates false accusation. Also, they keep raising rent prices so it makes it difficult to even afford to live here. Furthermore, when it comes to heat in the winter, you are not paying for your heat, you are paying for everyones heat. They take the amount of heat used and divide by the number of square feet of your apartment. So someone in a small apartment could be cranking their heat and your in a big one and not, and your still getting charged. All of the maintenance staff has been quitting so getting things fixed has been off and on. Do not be fooled by the managers false persona. Once you are in the apartment, he could care less about you. I repeat, unless you are looking for a retirement community, this is not for you.
