If you are a student then look elsewhere. Most of the tenets are old and get annoyed by the least little things. You can't make any noise otherwise you'll get a complaint filed against you even if you weren't the cause. Management has been horrible. Phone calls are not returned, and major issues are brushed aside. Getting things fixed is a pain because you have to call the people a ton of times before anything gets really done. Parking can be hard if you don't have a garage because anyone can park there and there aren't many spaces. While the apartments look nice at first glace, there are still many things that are old and falling apart. If you want a place that you can have a little fun then I would look else where.
